From Graduation to Gourmet28th October 2016
In mid-October, we were down in London for Skye’s graduation from her master’s course. We had a lovely time, despite the event taking place on a rather windy day. She chose Galvin at Windows, in Mayfair, for her celebration dinner, which ended up providing lots of inspiration to take home to the STAEC kitchen. Here’s some cheeky snaps that got our thinking hats on.
